Pet Policy

Welcome, Furry Friends

We welcome pets at most of our properties with some guidelines. Our pet policy is designed to ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents.

Please review our policies below on breed & size restrictions as well as cleanliness & noise standards.

1. Tenant shall make, or cause to be made, any and all repairs necessary as a result of damage caused by Tenant’s pet(s);

2 Tenant agrees to keep the interior of the premises free of pet hair, fleas, urine, feces and other substance injurious to the safe and sanitary condition of the premises;

3. Tenant agrees to keep all pet feces and waste picked up from exterior areas of the premises, and to dispose of said waste in a proper refuse container such that no fecal odor is present;

4. Tenant agrees to provide care for and control of pet(s) in compliance with all local and state laws, rules, regulations, and codes, and in such a manner as to not interfere with any neighbor’s peaceful enjoyment of their premises or neighborhood;

5. Tenant agrees that Lessor, in Lessor’s sole discretion, may revoke this permission at any time, and in so doing it does not affect the provisions of the Lease Agreement in any way. Further, Tenant understands and agrees that if Lessor revokes permission for Tenant to maintain a pet on the premises, Tenant shall forfeit the pet fee previously paid to Lessor;

6. Tenant understands and agrees that the following dogs/dog breeds, whether pure-bred or “mixed” are not permitted to be kept or allowed on the leased premises under any circumstances:
• Staffordshire Terrier,“Pit Bulls” or Bully breeds
• American Bulldog
• Rottweiler
• Akita
• Chow
• Doberman
• German Shepherd
• Presa Canarios / Cane Corso
• Husky or Wolf Breed
• Any domestic dog which has previously bitten or exhibited aggressive behavior

Size and Breed of ALL animals are subject to management approval.

Pet fees and Pet rent apply.
